LD POWER MARINE
Welcome to LD POWER MARINE.
This Shipping & Payment Policy explains how orders are paid for, processed, prepared, shipped, delivered and collected when purchasing marine engines and related products from LD POWER MARINE.
Because marine engines are large, heavy, high-value and sometimes specially ordered products, shipping arrangements may vary depending on the engine, destination, availability, delivery requirements and selected transport provider.

Customers may need to arrange suitable unloading equipment at their own expense.
Where specialised unloading is required, please advise LD POWER MARINE before shipping is arranged.

Orders will generally be dispatched once payment has been received and any required payment verification has been completed.

Customers choosing collection are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle, trailer, lifting equipment and transportation arrangements are suitable for the engine purchased.
Collection requirements may include:
- Valid identification
- Order or invoice confirmation
- Payment confirmation
- Appropriate transport equipment
- Suitable lifting equipment
- Compliance with site safety requirements
Collection availability must be confirmed before attending a pickup location.
10. Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect the shipment as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Where visible damage is present, customers should:
- Photograph the packaging before opening it where possible.
- Photograph the engine and damaged areas.
- Record the condition of the shipment.
- Notify the freight carrier where appropriate.

Where possible, customers should check:
- Engine model
- Engine serial number
- Product quantity
- Visible physical condition
- Included components
- Packaging condition
Any obvious discrepancy should be reported promptly.
Signing a freight delivery document may confirm receipt of the shipment but does not necessarily remove any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Delayed or Missed Delivery
Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather
- Road closures
- Transport delays
- Mechanical breakdowns
- Freight capacity issues
- Industrial action
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Customs delays
- Incorrect delivery information
- Customer unavailability

- Credit cards
- Debit cards
- Bank transfer
- Electronic funds transfer

14. Bank Transfer Payments
For bank-transfer payments, customers will receive the applicable payment details through an official LD POWER MARINE invoice, quotation or other authorised payment communication.
Customers should carefully verify payment details before transferring funds.
Important: If bank details appear to have changed unexpectedly, customers should contact LD POWER MARINE through an independently verified contact method before making payment.
LD POWER MARINE is not responsible for payments sent to fraudulent or unauthorised bank accounts as a result of a customer’s failure to verify changed payment information.
15. Credit and Debit Card Payments
Card payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Customers may be required to provide information necessary for payment verification and fraud prevention.
For security reasons, LD POWER MARINE does not generally retain complete credit or debit card details.
Your payment provider may apply its own terms, conditions, security procedures and processing times.
16. PayPal Payments
Where PayPal is offered as a payment method, payments may be processed through PayPal’s payment platform.
Customers should ensure that the shipping address and account information provided during payment are accurate.

For high-value marine engine purchases, LD POWER MARINE may conduct reasonable payment and order verification before dispatch.
Verification may include confirmation of:
- Customer identity
- Billing information
- Shipping address
- Payment method
- Transaction details
- Order information
We may delay dispatch while payment verification is completed.
18. Deposits
Certain engines, special orders, custom packages or products sourced specifically for a customer may require a deposit.
The required deposit amount and payment terms will be stated on the applicable quotation or invoice.
Where an order involves a special-order or custom product, the treatment of deposits may be subject to the agreed sales terms and applicable consumer law.
19. Full Payment Before Dispatch
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must generally be received and cleared before an engine is dispatched.
For bank transfers, dispatch may occur after payment has been received and confirmed.
A payment receipt or transfer screenshot does not necessarily constitute cleared funds.
20. Payment Confirmation
Once payment has been received and verified, LD POWER MARINE may provide confirmation of the order.
Orders may then proceed through the following stages:
Payment → Verification → Stock Confirmation → Preparation → Freight Booking → Dispatch → Delivery
Processing times may vary depending on the product and shipping requirements.
21. Taxes and Applicable Charges
Where applicable, prices may include or exclude taxes, customs duties, import charges or other applicable fees, depending on the destination and how the product price is displayed.
The applicable tax treatment will be stated on the relevant invoice or quotation where required.
Customers may be responsible for applicable import duties, customs charges and destination taxes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
22. Incorrect Payment Amounts
If a customer accidentally pays more than the amount invoiced, we will review the transaction and arrange an appropriate resolution.
If an insufficient amount is received, the order may not be dispatched until the outstanding balance has been paid and confirmed.
23. Fraud Prevention
LD POWER MARINE reserves the right to delay, cancel or further verify transactions where there are reasonable concerns about:
- Fraud
- Stolen payment details
- Unauthorised transactions
- Suspicious payment activity
- Incorrect customer information
- Unusual delivery arrangements
Where an order is cancelled due to a confirmed payment issue, any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customers should carefully review the product description, quotation or invoice to confirm exactly what is included.

Customers may request information regarding available shipping insurance before dispatch.
Insurance does not necessarily cover all forms of loss, damage, delay or consequential loss.
27. Transfer of Risk
Risk in the product will transfer in accordance with the applicable sale terms and mandatory consumer protection laws.
